2021 brings a new adventure for Erin Fenoll, the proud new owner of Core Connection Pilates. As a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor, she believes that Pilates can be life-changing and truly is for everyBODY! She intends to continue the positive path to health and wellness at Core Connection Pilates and would like to reach even more people in the community to help them use the mind-body practice of Pilates to transform their lives in amazing ways!
As a STOTT PILATES certified instructor for more than 8 years, Erin finds it rewarding to hear from clients how Pilates has transformed them in so many positive ways, whether it is recovering from an injury, improving posture and alignment, building strength, toning their bodies or the calming and balancing we all need in this fast-paced world in which we live.
"I feel grateful to be able to pursue a path that has helped me to improve my own health and wellness and have a passion for helping others do the same. Seeing the progression of clients and how they achieve their goals through their Pilates practice is extremely fulfilling."
We encourage anyone who wants to discover the benefits of Pilates to call the studio and set up a personalized private session with our new client special rate.

RYT 200 - Yoga Teacher Training Instructor
Michele is a graduate of Madonna University, a small business owner and a yoga enthusiast. She began practicing yoga over 13 years ago and immediately fell in love with it. At first she was enamored by the postures, then by the calm and inner peace she found every time she was on her mat. It was the need to share this positive energy with others that drove her to teaching.
Michele is a graduate of The Functional Yoga Academy and also a Yoga Teacher Training Instructor. A lesson that has stuck with her through the years is "how you do yoga is how you do everything." She takes the strength, balance and flexibility of the mind, body, and spirit of yoga with her everywhere. Her favorite part of teaching is the feeling you get when sharing the light and energy with a room full of people who go to class for very different reasons, but all end up finding peace together.
Classes start Monday March 8th.
Monday & Wednesday 6:30pm
and Sunday at 9am
