Free TRX workshop
TRX utilizes your entire body to increase strength, stability, balance and flexibility all in one workout!
This workshop will consist of 30 minutes of demonstration and 30 minutes of workout. Learn how to use the TRX equipment, as well as dumbells and bodyweight exercises, to challenge your body in more ways than one.
All levels of fitness are welcome to join in this FREE event.

This is a 90 minute workshop - space is limited.
